What are the benefits of a GoldenHome membership?

First, set up a short phone consultation with one of our Membership Consultants. From there, we'll schedule an in-person Home Review to get to know you and your home personally before curating a customized Membership Proposal. Once you're happy with the proposal, we'll sign you up, put recurring maintenance on autopilot, and address any on-demand projects on your list.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. You can cancel your membership agreement anytime. We prefer to retain our members with great service, not contracts.

How much does GoldenHome cost?

Plans start at $99/month (Bronze), $149/month (Silver), and $239/month (Gold). A 5% discount applies when paid annually. Visit our Services page for full details.

How does your service pricing compare to others?

A membership is fundamentally better than paying time and material. It shifts the focus from fixing things after they break to proactive prevention, predictability, and peace of mind. Time-and-material billing is "pay-as-you-go" — a maintenance membership is a strategic, long-term solution.

How do I know if my home and I are a good fit for GoldenHome?

What types of services does GoldenHome offer?

Does GoldenHome work with Golden Rule for renovations or major projects?

Is GoldenHome similar to a home warranty company?

No. Home warranties are reactionary — similar to insurance for larger systems. GoldenHome is a proactive service company focused on maintenance, repairs, and improvements.

Where does GoldenHome service?

We currently service Topeka, KS and surrounding areas.

What is the role of a GoldenHome service tech?

Your Home Manager gets to know you and your home in detail, and is responsible for scheduling, completion, and billing of all services. They're the only contact you need to manage your home services.

How can I contact my Home Manager?

When you become a Club Member, you'll receive all the contact information for your assigned Home Manager.
